Dr. Mark Davis has confirmed that his wife's breast cancer has not returned. She continues to suffer from the damage that the chemo did (like hearing loss), but she is leading an active life.

Current Status:
The drug is currently in Phase II trials for ovarian cancer, and the time to approval depends on how well the clinical trials proceed.
A second Phase II trial in lymphoma will begin shortly. Thus far, they have found that it works for a variety of tumors and they do not know at this time which tumors it works best in. They are very excited by the results they have observed thus far and are keeping their fingers crossed that in these murch larger clinical trials that they will see similar results.
